Where do the photos come from?
From your listing. We pull them from the MLS or your listing page. If you have better ones, send them.
How fast do I get it?
Generally within 24 hours, up to the next business day. Pro gets priority.
How does the voice work?
When you start, you send us one short voice memo. From then on, every video is narrated in your voice. You never record again.
What if I want changes?
One revision per video is included. Tell us what to change and we send it back.
Is the music licensed?
Yes. Royalty free, cleared for social media and the MLS.
Is there a Showmore tag on the video?
A quiet 2 second “Made by Showmore Media” tag closes each video, after your own contact card. Pro removes it.
